Q: Are there usage fees?
A: Unlike other some Avatar providers, there are NO usage fees or minute restrictions. You and your visitors can use the Avatar Chatbots as often and as long as you like without the worry of clocking up any usage fees. NOTE: Key providers such as OpenAI and AWS may charge usage fees.
Q: Is there a Knowledge Base that I can train my Chatbots with?
A: Yes! One of the key features of TWXChat is a Knowledge Base that you can manually manage or automatically refresh using the TWXChat Site Crawler. All Chatbots will use this knowledge during the Chat sessions.
Q: How many Chatbots can I have on my site?
A: As many as you like! NOTE: The free plan does restrict you on the number of ‘Characters’ you can use in those Chatbots. The Plus and Pro plans allow more Characters. See our Pricing Page
